Sporting spirit

At Virtus we recognise the contribution of an active lifestyle for a healthy lifestyle. In line with the guidelines in the United Kingdom for overall health and wellbeing and the official NHS five recommendations, sports form a key part of the wider curriculum offered. 

Students have a wide range of sporting options and spend two hours fortnightly engaged with their preferred option. This helps them stay fit, improve their mental and physical fitness and develop transferable skills such as team work, communication and resilience.
