Paper 1: May/ June (Y13) (2h)	40% – 80 marks	SECTION A: Listening (30 marks): Understand listening documents and answer the multiple-choice questions and short-response questions. SECTION B: Reading (30 marks): Understand reading documents and answer the multiple-choice questions and short-response questions. SECTION C: Translation into English (20 marks) of a text of Hispanic culture and society or Spanish history.
Paper 2: May/ June (Y13) (2h and 40 mins)	30% – 120 marks	SECTION A: Translation into Spanish (20 marks) of a text of Hispanic culture and society or Spanish history. SECTION B: Written response to works (literary texts)(50 marks). SECTION C: Written response to works (film) (50 marks) In sections B and C students are expected to write an essay about the movie and the book, demonstrating their comprehension and analysis of the works, as well as showcasing their writing skills, including summarising, organising ideas, and presenting arguments using the PEEL method.
Paper 3: April/ May (21-23 mins)	30% – 72 marks	TASK 1 (5 mins preparation): Discussion on a theme about hispanic culture or Spanish history. They will discuss with the examination for 6-7 minutes. TASK 2 (10-11 mins): Part 1: Independent research presentation: Present in 2 minutes what the research is about and the main lectures consulted to do the research. Part 2: Independent research discussion: discuss about the research with the examiner showing a deep comprehension on the lectures.
